It definately wasn't cool weather that had us thinking of a field trip to Givens Hot Springs. I don't remember why it came to mind but we had a great time in the naturally heated pool. While we were here we worked on Braden's swimming requirements for scouts (the owner at the front desk even gave us a discount when he saw the scout book). We arrived at 10:30am, let Braden have the camera to take some pictures outside in order pass off that scout elective (he took some really cool pictures of a pair of male and female hawks), ate lunch and explored the area. At noon we went inside to swim and didn't walk back out until 4:00pm. The kids are little fish!
