This Is A First

You know it's time for a "big-boy bed" when the crib no longer holds a toddler. This afternoon I put Ryen down for his nap with anticipations of getting a lot accomplished while he napped. Three times he would be right behind me on the stairs saying, "I'm all done nap!" Not one of the three older kids ever learned to climb out of the crib. Ryen has had a harder time taking naps now that school is out. I think he believes something fabulous is going to happen and he is going miss out. I never thought it would lead to climbing out of the crib. Grrr!
