Five Long Years

Five long years is exactly how long this poor kid gets to live with this chipped tooth. Ryen often stands up in his chair that is attached to the counter. The other morning he fell out, hitting the back of his head on the wall followed by his face on the floor. Once the blood was cleared and a much needed nap was taken we noticed the consequence of his actions! They say (whoever "they" are) once a kid falls he will learn from the experience and not do it again. That is not the case with Ryen. He isn't even shy about standing up in his chair, or on the counter, even now. He might be lucky to have any baby teeth left by the time the new ones come in. I mentioned to Sam that I needed to get a picture of his tooth for the blog and his reply was, "Why, you will be seeing it in plenty of pictures until he is in first grade." Poor Ryen.

Sam is so funny! Tyden has a dead front tooth. We have no idea how he got it, but that big bright smile of his, now has a cloud in the middle of it.

Hope it didn't hurt too much! If it makes you feel better, Brynn has 6 long years to deal with her teeth, they look like a jagged mountain range!! I just hope the adult teeth come in straighter!
